Primitve Americana Star bobber Make-do

An Americana Classic-red ticking star that has a hand sewn pocket on the center front. I put sweet annie and red and white pip berries into the pocket with a rusty bell attached with a rusty safety pin. A small hang tag that reads "Stars and Stripes Forever" was then attached to the bell. The star sits on an old rusty spring. The piece stands approx 14 inches tall. The fabric was gently ages in a mixture of coffee, vanilla and cinnamon.
