It's easy to place an order with us.

Here on Primitive Pattern Emporium we not only offer a wide variety of patterns, but we also offer supplies and printables  as well.

 CREATE A USER ACCOUNT.  Create a User ID and Password and add your shipping information. Stored on our server, when you return for future visits, your information will be easily accessed and checkout will be a breeze.

All of our patterns and printables are digital downloads and all are available as an instant download.

Instant downloads MUST be paid through PayPal. Once your payment goes you will get this page:

On that page, you will want to click this link:

DO NOT skip this step or you will not get your download.

After you click the link, you will be taken to a blank page. Do not close this page! After a few seconds, a small dialog box will open prompting you to open or save the file. Choose to save it.

You will also get an e-mail with the download link. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam folder.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T GET THE CONFIRMATION?

Due to Internet problems and timing out, it is possible the confirmation notice may be delayed. If  this happens, return to the Primitive Pattern Emporium website and login (top left screen). Click on YOUR ACCOUNT and check YOUR ORDER HISTORY. Find the appropriate order number and click on it to view the order in question.

If the order says PROCESSING , you will find the DOWNLOAD link to your patterns or printables. If, however, it says PENDING, your order has not been approved yet. Give it a few minutes and check again.

If you choose to pay via another method (e.g., e-check or money order) downloads will be e-mailed to you as soon as the payment clears.

When ordering supplies, feel free to use PayPal or Google checkout, if you have an account with them. 

Shipping will be added to the cost and they will be shipped out within 24 hours of cleared payment.
